Basic Information on the Internship and its Completion Requirements
The professional internship must be completed and credited by the last day of organized classes in the final semester of studies.
The primary period for completing internships is during summer break.
Internships can be conducted in the following forms:
- An agreement on organizing professional internships between W12N and a selected institution,
- Another form agreed upon with the Internship Supervisor,
- Paid employment under an employment contract or another civil law contract,
- Self-employment (running a business).
In each of the mentioned cases, the internship may be paid.
With the individual approval of the Dean, professional internships may also take place during the academic year, provided the student submits a statement (along with an application) confirming that the internship does not interfere with their academic schedule.
The scope of the internship, in any form, must be aligned with the profile of the chosen field of study/specialization.
Required Documents and Deadlines
Before starting a summer internship (July-September), students must submit the required documents to the Internship Supervisor for the Electronic Equipment specialization by June 30 of the respective calendar year. After completing the internship, students must submit a full set of required documents to the Internship Supervisor by October 31. These include:
